VIP Account Policy
Requires an active Verified Account (✓) before applying
1. What VIP Status Means
The ILoveTheMoney VIP badge () is the highest membership tier on the Platform. It is displayed in gold next to your name on your profile, in your posts, in the feed, in search results, and in direct messages — signalling elite status among the community.
VIP status is a permanent upgrade that builds on top of your existing Verified Account. It is not a ranking, endorsement, or guarantee of any kind, and it does not replace the verification badge — both badges are displayed simultaneously.

3. Eligibility & Requirements
To apply for VIP status you must:
- Hold an active Verified Account (✓ green badge) in good standing — VIP cannot be purchased without prior verification
- Have no active account suspension or ongoing policy violation at the time of application
- Pay the one-time VIP upgrade fee of CHF 1,000.00 via bank transfer or card
VIP status does not require a separate KYC submission. Your identity is already on file from your Verified Account process. If we require additional information for compliance purposes we will contact you directly.
4. The VIP Upgrade Process
VIP upgrades are processed manually. Once you submit your payment, our team will review and confirm the transfer, then activate your gold badge. You will receive an email confirmation when your VIP status is active.
We aim to process bank transfer confirmations within 1–3 business days of receiving the funds. Card payments are confirmed immediately and routed to the admin queue for manual activation — typically within the same business day.

5. VIP Upgrade Fee
The VIP upgrade fee is CHF 1,000.00, charged once at the time of upgrade. There is no recurring charge, no annual renewal, and no hidden costs. VIP status, once granted, is permanent for the lifetime of your account.
Payment is accepted by bank transfer (IBAN) or card via our secure third-party payment provider. The Operator does not store full card details on its own servers.
6. VIP Referral Commission: Earn CHF 500.00 Per VIP Referral
Every VIP member receives a single personal referral link that earns commissions at both tiers. When someone you referred upgrades to VIP status, you automatically earn CHF 500.00 — in addition to the CHF 5.00 you already earned when they became Verified. No action is required on your part.
- Share your personal referral link from your Backoffice with your network.
- Your contact creates a ILoveTheMoney account using your link and becomes Verified — you earn CHF 5.00.
- Later, that same contact upgrades to VIP — you automatically earn an additional CHF 500.00.
- Both commissions accumulate in your Backoffice balance, clearly labeled Verified and VIP.
- Once your balance reaches the minimum withdrawal threshold, request a payout from your Backoffice.
One link — two commission opportunities
Your referral link is the same regardless of whether you are Verified or VIP. There is no separate VIP referral link. The system automatically tracks which tier your referred contact reaches and credits the appropriate commission at each stage.
Commission payments & withdrawals
VIP commissions accumulate alongside your Verified commissions in the same Backoffice balance. Your Backoffice displays them separately for clarity — Verified earnings in green, VIP earnings in gold — so you always know where your income comes from. Withdrawals cover the combined balance and are processed within 5–7 business days once approved, subject to KYC completion.
VIP members only — this is an exclusive tier
The CHF 500.00 VIP commission is exclusively available to VIP members. If the person who referred you is a Verified (non-VIP) member at the time you upgrade, the CHF 500.00 commission is credited to the Platform's house account rather than to your referrer. Your referrer receives no VIP commission unless they are themselves a VIP member at the moment your upgrade is confirmed.
Commission eligibility — at a glance:
- Referrer is VIP → earns CHF 5.00 (Verified) + CHF 500.00 (VIP) = CHF 505.00 total
- Referrer is Verified only → earns CHF 5.00 (Verified) + CHF 0.00 (VIP commission goes to Platform)
- No referrer → all commissions go to the Platform
This structure is designed to reward members who have invested in the VIP tier and actively promote the Platform at the highest level.
Abuse prevention
VIP commissions are only credited for genuine, independent referrals who pay the full VIP fee through their own means. Self-referral, fictitious accounts, or any attempt to manufacture commissions is prohibited and will result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all commissions. We reserve the right to withhold or claw back commissions where fraud or abuse is detected.
7. Increased Video Upload Limit
VIP members may upload video files up to 200 MB per post. This is 4× the standard limit of 50 MB available to Verified and Standard members. The increased limit applies automatically once your VIP status is active — no action is required.
The following conditions still apply to all video uploads regardless of tier:
- Only one video per post (videos cannot be combined with other media files in the same post)
- Supported formats: MP4, MOV, AVI, WebM, MKV (as set in platform configuration)
- All content must comply with the Community Standards — file size does not grant exemptions
- Your server's PHP upload limit (set in your hosting control panel) must also support 200 MB — contact your host if unsure
8. What VIP Status Does NOT Mean
VIP status does not:
- Guarantee any follower growth, algorithmic reach advantage, or engagement rate
- Constitute an endorsement by ILoveTheMoney of your content, opinions, or business
- Protect your account from suspension if you violate our Terms of Service or Community Standards
- Transfer to a different account — VIP status belongs to the specific account it was granted to
- Replace or supersede the standard Verified badge — both are required and displayed together
9. Revocation of VIP Status
VIP status may be revoked — without refund — if:
- Your Verified status is revoked (VIP requires an active Verified Account)
- Your account is found to be impersonating another person or organisation
- You have provided false, forged, or misleading documentation at any stage
- You have committed serious or repeated violations of our Terms of Service or Community Standards
- A court or competent authority orders revocation
In non-emergency situations, we will attempt to notify you and give you the opportunity to respond before revoking VIP status. In cases involving serious harm, fraud, or legal orders, we may act immediately.
10. Refund Policy
The CHF 1,000.00 VIP upgrade fee is non-refundable once your gold badge has been activated. This reflects the cost of the manual review and activation process.
A full refund will be issued if:
- A technical error on our side prevented the payment from being processed correctly
- Your application was rejected after review and the VIP badge was never activated
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of payment to info@ilovethemoney.com. Your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law are not affected.
11. Non-Transferability
VIP status is granted to a specific account and is strictly personal. It cannot be transferred to another account, sold, gifted, or assigned. If you close your account, your VIP status cannot be moved to a new account — a new upgrade fee would be required on the new account (after it has been Verified).
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through a notice on the Platform. Changes to the VIP fee or commission amount will not affect upgrades already completed.
